By downloading, installing, or using the Ghosted mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Ghosted is a breakup recovery companion app that provides daily healing content, breathing exercises, journaling tools, affirmations, mood tracking, and progress milestones. The App is designed for informational and self-help purposes only.
The content provided in Ghosted is for general informational and self-care purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, psychological counselling, therapy, or any form of professional mental health treatment. The App is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or any medical emergency, please contact emergency services or a qualified healthcare professional immediately. The crisis support information provided within the App is for reference only and does not create a provider-patient relationship.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.
Ghosted does not require you to create an account. All personal data you enter into the App (including journal entries, unsent letters, mood logs, and your name) is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to, collect, or store this personal content on any server.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device. We are not liable for any loss of data resulting from device damage, loss, or software malfunction.
Ghosted offers auto-renewable subscription plans that unlock full access to the App's features. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:
All payments are processed securely through Apple's App Store. We do not collect or store any payment information.
From time to time, we may issue invite codes that grant access to the App's premium features. Invite codes are for personal use only, are non-transferable, and may be revoked or discontinued at our sole discretion without notice.
All content, design, text, graphics, logos, and other materials in the App are owned by or licensed to Ghosted and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content from the App without our prior written consent.
Any content you create within the App (such as journal entries and unsent letters) remains yours. Since this content is stored locally on your device, we have no access to it and assume no responsibility for it.

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ghosted and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, regardless of the theory of liability.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App's subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ghosted, its developer, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
